Dynamic screenshots, clock-in/ clock-out reports, detailed activity reports, data exporting and real time management are now a reality.

We provide a consistent live data stream from each monitored device detailing the current device activity.
Screenshots make it possible for both an administrator and users to see exactly what the device user sees by capturing everything that's visible on the screen. Screenshots can be taken across all devices continuously.

Administrator Interface

The Web administration interface is a web-based tool for configuring all aspects of management, from adding data to changing settings. The Administrator maintains the employee information, operates the database, sets, and he can add, update, and delete the employee details.

Admin Interface

Admin of a company can login through login form, manage his/her company settings, view all his/her users of a company with details, update his/her profile details, can see how much time has been spent by the user with total working time in hours.

Dashboard

Timenox interactive dashboard software combines data and graphical indicators to deliver at-a-glance summaries of information for admin to view the state of their users with last progress reports.

Users List

In Timenox , Users, concerned with the management of people within organizations , focusing on total logs, total clock-in/clock-out related to a particular user. Admin can also view his/her profile details, edit his/her profile, view total no of logs, total no of clock-in/clock-out with summary.

  • View all users profile of a company within this users module.The profile preview gives quick and easy access to important info like name, address, phone number and birth dates.

  • Add/ Create new user with detail within a company.

To add new user of an company :

A new user can be added in timenox with ADD BUTTON on user module.All the necessary information of the user can be maintain.

  1. Enter your first name and last name.
  2. Enter your Email address with phone number, address.
  3. Provide password (strong password).
  4. Click Submit for save.

To view particular user logs :

This will give an overview of all the activities which are occurs between clock-in and clock-out time with date wise. You can view this by simply click on total logs on users module for particular user.

Logs have details like date, time, window title/application name, keyboard actions, mouse movement, screenshots.

  • Can filter record based on selected date range.
  • Can filter data date wise also like today data only or last 7 days data or last 30 days data or last 60 days data.
  • Can view screenshots for a entry by clicking on view screenshot.
  • *Start date must be less then end date.

To view particular user click-in /click-out :

Clock-in/ clock-out of an user can be calculated with details like when Timenox application is on and off with clock-in and clock-off time. You can view this by simply click on total no of click-in /click-out on users module for particular user.

Click-in/ click-out have details like date, check-in, check-out, total working hours for a user.

  • Managers can see how much time has been spent by the user with total working time in hours.
  • Workings hours of an user is auto calculated based on clock-in and clock-out time. Report of working hours can be filter with start and end date if required.
  • *Start date must be less then end date.

To edit exist user of an company :

A existing user can be edit in timenox with edit profile option on user module.

Click on particular user profile which you want to edit.
  1. Change your First name and last name by clicking into the field and editing the text.
  2. (Optional) Change your location or address if required.
  3. (Optional) Change your phone number and date of birth if required.
  4. (Optional) Upload image as your profile image.
  5. Click the confirmation submit to confirm the change.

To delete an user :

You can delete particular user that you no longer required within business in Timenox.
  • This action will delete all the activities, screenshots and logs related to this particular user.

Timenox display a URL which is used in software at the time of configuration setup.


Admin Profile Setting

For Admin profile update

Admin can update his/her public user profile, add his/her practice profile details to his/her user profile, or to change his/her name or location in Timenox.

  1. Change your First name and last name by clicking into the field and editing the text.
  2. (Optional) Change your location or address if required.
  3. (Optional) Change your phone number and date of birth if required.
  4. (Optional) Upload image as your profile image.
  5. Click the confirmation submit to confirm the change.

For Admin change password

Admin can change the password used to log in to Timenox.
  1. To change or reset the password you use to log in to Timenox.
    • Enter your current password and new password.
    • Current password must be same as previous password.
    • Your new password must match to confirm password.
  2. Click the confirmation Submit to confirm the change.

Company Setting

Every company will have different requirements, so we can manage all the required company setup through company setting menu. A company can be edit with profile at any time having details like company information , company logo.

  1. Change your company name, company email, company address, company website by clicking into the field and editing the text.
  2. Change telephone number if required.
  3. (Optional) Change your location, city, state, zip if required.
  4. Change date format, currency if want.
  5. Update logo.
  6. Click the confirmation Submit to confirm the change.

Monitoring Interface

Timenox gives you detailed insights on how you spend your time so you know where your weaknesses are and can improve them.
It silently records application and internet usage for all users during work time. Admin receive a weekly report outlining which websites and applications were used, and for how long. Individual users receive the same report outlining their own time usage stats.
This report maximizes productivity tracking and helps identify productivity issues.

Dashboard Features

The Dashboard is the page you'll see when you first log into your Timenox account online. For managers, it shows a handy at-a-glance view login id, company name, their total time worked for the day, total time worked this week, total time worked for last week, total time worked this month.
It does the same for a non-manager, but it will only show that particular user's information.

  • Enhance the look and feel with interactive graphs of weekly stats, today's top websites and applications.
  • Option to select or change language for application.
  • Timer to start or stop clock.
  • Progress report of last synchronized with time and date.You can also synchronized data if required.
  • Close icon(left corner) to minimize application.
  • Sign out button to log out.

Timenox has the ability to take screenshots of the computer screen every few minutes. Time tracking with screenshots is useful for monitoring remote employees, and often less important in an office environment.
