Administrator Interface

The Web administration interface is a web-based tool for configuring all aspects of management, from adding data to changing settings. Empower Admin to invite new users and define different levels of access to their information. Administration of the application provides facilities for intervention on the company settings.

Admin Modules

Admin of a company can manage his/her company settings, view all his/her users with details, update his/her profile details, can see how much time has been spent by the user with total working time in hours and many more..

Dashboard

Timenox interactive dashboard software combines data and graphical indicators to deliver at-a-glance summaries of information for admin to view the state of their users with last progress reports. The Dashboard Module collects all relevant data and displays it all in one place in the form of easy to read.

Users List

In Timenox, Users, concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on total logs related to a particular user. Admin can also view, edit users profile details, enable/disable user and view total no of logs with summary. View all users profile of a company within this users module.The profile preview gives quick and easy access to important information.
  • A new user can be invite or add in Timenox with "add user" on user module. All the necessary information of the user can be maintain.
    1. Enter your name.
    2. Enter your Email address with valid format.
    3. Click Submit for save.
  • The Users list interface allows you to see summary information and status of users at a glance.Particular users are display with details like username, timenox API Key with actions.
  • This will give an overview of all the activities which are occurs between clock-in and clock-out time with date wise. You can view this by simply click on total logs on users module for particular user. Logs have details like date, time, window title/application name, keyboard actions, mouse movement and screenshots.
    • Can filter data based on selected date range.
    • Filter data for today data only or last 7 days data or last 30 days data or last 60 days data or custom.
    • View Type or copy text and clipboard.
    • Export data in CSV format.
    • Can view screenshots for a entry by clicking on view screenshot.
    • *Start date must be less then end date.

  • A existing user can be edit in Timenox with edit profile option on user module. Click on particular user profile which you want to edit.
    1. Change your First name and last name by clicking into the field and editing the text.
    2. (Optional) Select No. of Working Hour.
    3. (Optional) Change phone number, hourly rate and country if required.
    4. (Optional) Upload image as your profile image.
    5. Click the confirmation submit to confirm the change.
  • When a new user add, it automatically assign Timenox API key. This API Key will use at the time of Login to Timenox Software.
  • It is possible to disable or enable certain user accounts from Timenox. Disabling a user account makes it disappear from the user tab.

Projects & Tasks

Create new projects, then divide them into tasks that your employees will work on. You will get insights into the time they spent on each task. Projects are assigned to users.View all logs of a project with details itself.

Projects

  • Create new projects, then divide them into task.Get a detailed overview of the time spent on each project.
    1. Click Add Project in the upper right.
    2. Enter a Task name and Project Title (mandatory).
    3. Select end date for the project.Start date is set by default as a today date.
    4. Select project type as private or public.If private, select the project users from the list to give them access to the project otherwise it is public to all employee.
    5. Click Add Project.
  • Click the Projects tab in the top navigation bar of company portal. What you view here, is the overview of all the project related data in a company.

    View a Project :

    1. Start & end date
    2. Project title
    3. Total time worked with approval time
    4. View all tasks and logs related to a project
    5. Display checked those users who are relevant to the project.

    Edit a Project :

    1. Hover over a project and click on edit project button.
    2. Modify your project information, wherever necessary.
    3. Click Submit to Update.
  • View all users related to this project with add or remove action. A project is assigned to those users who are checked, you can also remove a user by simply unmarked checkbox.
  • This will give an overview of all the activities which are occurs for a project. You can view this by simply click on total logs on projects module for particular project. Project Logs have details like date, time, window title/application name, keyboard actions, mouse movement and screenshots.
    • Can filter data based on selected date range.
    • Filter data for today data only or last 7 days data or last 30 days data or last 60 days data or custom.
    • Export data in CSV format.
    • View Type or copy text and clipboard.
    • Can view screenshots for a entry by clicking on view screenshot.
    • *Start date must be less then end date.
  • This will give an overview of all the idle time which are occurs between clock-in and clock-out time with date wise for a project.
  • When a project is complete and if you do not want it listed under a record, you can remove the project.
    1. Hover over a project from the list and click delete button. This action will also delete assign tasks.
    2. To delete it permanently, click Delete from display message.

Tasks

  • You can easily create a new task within a project in Timenox. You will get insights into the time they spent on each task.
    1. Click on the specific project to add the Task
    2. Enter a Task name (mandatory).
    3. Click Submit.
  • Take a quick glance at tasks within a project with task name, created date with edit and delete action.
    1. Click on the specific project within which task is belong.
    2. You can modify task name.
    3. Click Submit to Update.
  • You can also remove a task within a project, if you do not want it listed under a record.
    1. Click on the specific project within which task is belong.
    2. Select the task and click in trash icon.
    3. It will delete permanently.

Profile Setting

For Admin profile update

Admin can update his/her user profile details anytime in Timenox.
  1. Change your First name and last name by clicking into the field and editing the text.
  2. (Optional) Change your phone number if required.
  3. (Optional) Upload image as your profile image.
  4. Click the confirmation submit to confirm the change.

For change password

Admin can change the password used to log in Timenox.
  1. To change or reset the password you use to log in to Timenox.
    • Enter your current password and new password.
    • Current password must be same as previous password.
    • Your new password must match to confirm password.
  2. Click the confirmation Submit to confirm the change.

Company Setting

Every company will have different requirements, so we can manage all the required company setup through Manage setting menu. A company can be edit with profile at any time having details like company name, email etc.
  1. Change your company name and company email by clicking into the field and editing the text.
  2. Change telephone number if required.
  3. Select a time zone from the Time Zone drop-down.
  4. (Optional) Change your location in country field.
  5. Change date format, currency if want.
  6. Click the confirmation Submit when you are done.

Monitoring Modules

Timenox help you monitor the time spent on projects and tasks, with proof of your employees work. It silently records application and internet usage for all users during work time.
Admin receive a weekly report outlining which websites and applications were used, and for how long. Individual users receive the same report outlining their own time usage stats.Find out what projects, activities and tasks your team spends time on.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the page you'll see when you first log into your Timenox account. Here's what it records.It helps you learn the truth and put your mind at ease!
  • Display total number of mouse and keyboard hits.
  • Enhance the look and feel with interactive graphs of weekly stats, today's top websites and applications.
  • Option to select project and task from taskbar.
  • Timer to start or stop clock.
  • Refresh button to refresh/update timenox data.
  • Close icon (left corner) to close application.
  • Sign out button to log out.

Timelines

Timenox starts monitoring employee's time and taking screenshots at random intervals until the stop button is pressed. Detailed reports show which applications and websites you spent time on.
  • Monitors apps and websites that your employees using with date/time, app/web name, number of keystroke/mouse movement and screenshots.
  • It also provides you with the option to maximize screenshots, which give you an even better insights into your employee's activities.
  • Display total entries, screenshots and logs effortlessly.
  • Can filter data date wise also like today data only or last 7 days data or last 30 days data.
Preview screenshots includes:
  • Window title name of the screenshot.
  • Keystrokes and mouse movement per minute with good, average and poor analysis in line bar graph.
  • *Note that screenshots are only taken when timer clock is on and are never taken during breaks.

Log Book

Timenox will not only monitor the total time worked by every person on your team, it will also provide a breakdown on how much time is spent on which tasks.
  • Display total entries, total time worked, total no of days effortlessly.
  • Can filter records based on selected date range.
  • View all Timelines between time period with full details like task name, project name and approved time.
  • *Start date must be less then end date.

Projects

Aside from monitoring time spent on apps and websites, you can also monitor time on projects (i.e. clients) and tasks. Get a detailed overview of the time spent on each project and make sure they remain profitable.See total time invested in each project and task.

Settings

When a user login to Timenox, he or she can update profile information, including your username, the mobile phone number, address and many more associated with his/her account.
  1. Change the profile name, address and phone.
  2. You can configure/update profile image.
  3. Check auto start timer checkbox to start timer auto.
  4. Display time zone with national flag based on the user's location.
  5. Click Update Profile Info.
