  • how refunds work for your first paid subscription,
  • how to cancel future renewals,

1. How Timenox Billing Works

Timenox is a subscription-based SaaS product for attendance and workforce management. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before subscribing. When you choose a paid plan, billing follows the cycle you select (for example monthly or annual), as shown on our pricing page and at checkout.

A free plan may be available for smaller teams; see pricing for current limits. For any billing question, email support@timenox.com and we will help.

2. Refund Within 14 Days of Your First Paid Charge

If you are not satisfied after starting a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first successful paid subscription charge by contacting support@timenox.com. Please include your account email and, if you have it, your invoice or receipt reference.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.

How long the money takes to appear can vary depending on your bank or card provider; it is often within a few business days after the refund is sent.

This 14-day window applies to your first paid subscription charge for your Timenox account. If you have questions about a renewal payment or another billing issue, please contact support@timenox.com and our team will help review the charge and assist you.

3. Cancellations and Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Timenox account billing settings or by emailing support@timenox.com. Cancelling stops future renewal charges from that point forward.

After you cancel, you normally keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless we tell you otherwise in the product. When that period ends, your workspace may move to our free plan where available.

There is no separate cancellation fee.

4. Payments and Refunds (Paddle and Razorpay)

Depending on where you are and how you check out, your payment may be processed by a partner. That partner also handles refund timing back to your card or bank where they processed the original payment.

India

Often processed through Razorpay

For many customers in India, payments are processed through Razorpay. For refund questions on those charges, contact support@timenox.com first so we can coordinate with Razorpay if needed.

International

Often processed by Paddle

For many international customers, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. That means Paddle may issue your receipt, collect applicable taxes, and process refunds for those transactions in line with Paddle’s buyer terms.

You can still start with support@timenox.com for any Timenox billing or product question.

5. Taxes

Subscription prices may include or add taxes such as GST or VAT depending on your location. Taxes are calculated and shown at checkout and are handled by Razorpay or Paddle as applicable for your payment route.

6. Billing and Refund Help

For refund requests, duplicate charges, or anything that does not look right on your invoice, email support@timenox.com. A clear subject line (for example “Refund request”) and your account email help us reply faster.

We aim to reply within a few business days and to process approved refunds without unnecessary delay.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change meaningfully affects how refunds work for existing subscribers, we will also try to let you know by email or in the product.
